Woohoo!


That's how long I have left to train for the Singapore Marathon - running the half marathon i.e. 21K.

With my hectic work schedule, I'm actually one week behind in my training. Sigh... gotta catch up and get more rest too... MORE REST = BETTER PERFORMANCE!

I don't have to imagine how much is 21K, it's the same as running the Subang Jaya 10K Run twice, plus 1 more km... LOL... or almost something like from KL to Kajang (22K) or Alor Gajah to Melaka (24K) or Shah Alam to KL (25K).

That's why I'm taking the following whole week off... I know the first few days will be agonizingly painful and sleep-inducing in recovering. So what's better than snuggling happily in bed and catch hold of a few nice movies... or books... or just spending time with the Lord... heh heh heh...
